It’s always an extremely gratifying experience as a consultant when the output of your work appears in national (or even international) media – and for the first time, this has happened with CCN, with some of the output from the Walmart project we worked on earlier this year appearing in the Wall Street Journal.
Earlier this year, we announced that CCN was going to work on a project with Walmart, with both the Cambridge and Washington DC branches collaborating on the project.We can now announce that we were working with Walmart to help them develop their strategy for entering the insurance aggregator market in the US – Those in the UK might be familiar with services like MoneySuperMarket, GoCompare, CompareTheMarket, and Confused.com, and Walmart wanted to set up a similar service in the US.
Today Walmart announce that it was partnering with AutoInsurance.com to launch an auto insurance aggregator and bring Pennsylvanians quick and easy access to the auto insurance shopping experience, and will be expanding this to the rest of America in the coming months.
